- **You want a project in a game engine** to keep developing yourself, or to ship to app stores: Summer Engine (Godot-compatible), SEELE AI (Unity, Godot, Unreal exports) or GDevelop are built around that.
- **You want 2D art and animation made for you**, character by character: that's Makko AI's focus.
- **You want a free engine with no AI limits at all**: GDevelop's engine is open source and free; only its AI has credits.

### Which AI game makers are free?

All eight have a free way in, with limits: Go Bananas gives your first game with no account and about three more with a free account; the others give credits or messages per day, week or month. See the table for each one.

### Which ones make multiplayer games?

Go Bananas, Rosebud AI, Summer Engine, SEELE AI, PlayDrop and GDevelop say they do. Astrocade and Makko AI don't say.

### Which ones can I use without an account?

Go Bananas lets you make your first game without one. Astrocade, PlayDrop and Summer Engine (for its AI) ask for a free account; the others don't say.

### Can I keep the code?

Go Bananas, Makko AI, Summer Engine, SEELE AI and GDevelop let you export or download games; Rosebud AI from its $50/month plan.
